There was a sales school program and they always offer more training if you need

There is a well done formal new employee orientation training and lots of opportunities and resources for additional learning, training and career development once your are in your daily role.

They have opportunities for live, in-person and virtual training.

Great training program. Detailed and very helpful

Customer service training is 14 to 16 weeks but has same restrictions for job trainings that are 4 weeks. And during those 3+ months, if you miss more than one day, you get written up.

It is a hit or a miss. If you have a good management team, you will get the necessary experience. For management looking to just make over rides off of your production, they will only train you through the bonus award series
