Aflac provides very comprehensive training for new agents on all of their processes and products. It is too bad the commissions are too low to survive on during the first year as an agent.

There was an e-learning system that was good. It had ebooks and audiobooks.

The training is provided through a sales class, as well as through online programs that better train you about the products and policies offered.
