Best - initial new hire bonuses are great and if attained will create an annual income far above the work needed to get. Help to keep a new person involved and producing for the sales hierarchy. After first year the performance bonuses are not as attractive and some are hard to achieve resulting in a negative factor - "why do more, when I am not going to get anything for the extra work"
