If you do really well with sales, you can win a vacation prize to an exotic location. Usually it is for less than a week, but it is still all-expenses-paid. Smaller prizes can be won too, such as $100 checks, or wine tasting company day trips.

they are small in the beginning when they need to be bigger. as you become more seasoned you have a chance at snagging some nice trips. my first bonus was $150 after selling $5000 of business. my recruiter said it would be more and my trainer lied about what the commission on sales would be like.
