Performance Bonus

Open a certain amount of accounts in a specific time you get your bonus

You can earn up to $12,500 in bonuses your first year. Very few people actually hit the target goals but if you are a top performer who writes a lot of business and is lucky enough not to have to share any business with other agents or brokers, you may be able to make $60k your first year. Keep in mind this is very rare and I currently know no one in my area who has achieved this.

You get bonuses for hitting your numbers.

It is decent but has to be in a certain time, which is filled with mandatory meetings and school in the state capitol where you can't sell for weeks at a time

Not guaranteed, but usually there as a large pot of cash put forward every quarter for agents who hit a certain goal. There are also bonuses for new and existing agents based on the amount of premium they write in a given amount of weeks. There is also a National Convention to different places each year for the best performers.

I imagine it must be great.
