Corporate pep talk. Literally exists so you can find scripted ways to sell people products they don't want or need. They emphasize selling people the most amount of product in order to increase profit margins.

there are monday morning meetings. they chip away at your "green time" there are also retreats and conferences for more sr positions that will get in the way of your training. but if you make it into those rolls than there are retreats and conferences that i hear are pretty great. everyone comes back tan and hung over.
