AkzoNobel has a rigid way of handling performance bonuses. One-time spot bonus and annual performance bonus possible. Performance bonuses tied to both personal and company performance.

I can't give a zero but if I could I would. They count the bonus as part of total compensation but never pay it. Set expectations so high that they will never need to pay it. HORRIBLE
