Pros

Over all great place to work rates are competitive with in the area .

Cons

Don't feel like theirs any opportunity for growth.no recognition for hardworking employees. As a employee your feedback doesn't matter . have shared many ideas with management to make a better place and how to get things flowing better but my seems like employees input doesn't matter.

Pros

Some good positive hard working lads on the process side.

Cons

Lack of training even when it is a legal requirement. Documentation forged in order to acquire accreditations (silver award) Hiring process is shocking no certification verified or required, no experience just need to be a friend of a manager. Life saving rules frequently broken if beneficial to production or easier for management.
