This benefit has eroded considerably -- all the costs have be transferred to the employee. It would be great if they took all the time they spend on marketing it as 'good' plan , and actually worked on making it a good plan.

Outstanding coverage at all levels, but prepare for out of pocket until you meet the deductibles. Allstate is very generous on the yearly contributions to your HSA. You can earn extra in your HSA by participating in various programs. Again very generous company.
