Every year the premiums go up a little which is just the way it is, but out of pocket costs have gone through the roof. What used to be a $3 co-pay for generic 30 prescription has become a $109 payment, until out of pocket max is reached for the year.

The overall coverage is satisfactory and has some variability of options. yet, the choice of plans is limited. The major drawback is that it is very expensive.

Best -- some incentives to get an annual review and dental check ups. Worst is the level of employee contribution to pay for services is somewhat high
