Although the training environment is completely different then the actual "floor" , the training was thorough and informative. Once training was over there was no test to take to see if you could maintain the work responsibilities. We were given the opportunity to hit the floor, continue to learn and receive additional help if needed.

You have to go to classes when you get hired on, these can be anywhere from 4 hrs to 8 hrs a day. Certain classes were more helpful than others.
