Job Training

Although the training environment is completely different then the actual "floor" , the training was thorough and informative. Once training was over there was no test to take to see if you could maintain the work responsibilities. We were given the opportunity to hit the floor, continue to learn and receive additional help if needed.

Not so great at the KTs and training sessions.

They have a 2 week training class

On the job training is great; outside education encouraged.

Very thorough, in my case

There is no true job training for the FS therefore Allstate hires experienced reps

job training is great. they has total class room work and you must make a high score or retake the class

You have to go to classes when you get hired on, these can be anywhere from 4 hrs to 8 hrs a day. Certain classes were more helpful than others.

Thrown to the wolves and classes on how to sell are repetitive.
