Anonymous Sr. Engineer

Pro actual is stingy during first two years. If you leave in first two years, company takes back any 401k matching contributions and signing bonus etc.

Lumps sick days with pto days increasing overall days. If you don’t get sick over the year then you have more pto days available for vacation
