Company contribution- 5%. 401 K vests immediately.

Immediately eligible for company match to the plan which is 5%. Decent investment choices and easy set up makes it a no-brainer to take advantage of it. Annual profit sharing is also contributed into the plan which is given in the Spring and usually comes in around 2.5% to 3.5% of your annual salary.
