There was not a plan available to match dollar do dollar. Instead employees 401k was based on the Amex stock performance.

The company matches based on what you select, up to 5%. If you do your 401K at 7% of your salary, they would give you a .5 percent match. It was awesome. It multiplies quickly, especially if you aren't looking at it every quarter.
