Health insurance is more expensive compared to industry average and other companies. The health plan is good but there is a substantial reduction from your paycheck. I knew several people utilizing their spouses' insurance for being more affordable and comparable quality.

The best thing is that they give you money for expenses each year if you select a premium plan ($500/individuals $1000/families). The deductible however is high and the costs have to be paid out of pocket (doctor's visits, medicine, etc) until you meet it.
