Lot of options, uses health care exchange so you can choose plan based on your needs

Their are three choices and most have are HDHP

High deductible but it reasonable than many other companies

Cost is based on salary and disproportionate for this industry

High premiums and out of pocket expenses. Premium and Gold are extremely high especially for a family plan.

The pro is that they offer at the con is that is extremely expensive and only offer a high deductible plans at a reasonable price

Good choices although cost has risen

The health insurance benefits were richer than average. The cost to employees was reasonable. I never had a problem finding an in network provider and was able to afford the coinsurance, deductibles & other out of pocket expenses.

The health wasn't too bad for what was offered.
