Vacation & Paid Time Off

As a traditional corporate America entity, the standard two-week vacation of all companies is woefully inadequate.

Flexible and rewarding. No questions asked.

Senior level individuals have no set allotment for vacation time - (since they don't end up being able to take it anyway) but allows for flexibility when you do need the time.

No complaints about the time off

Not great work life balance

The Company provides the standard Western corporation time off, two weeks for years 1 - 5, three weeks after 5 and then uncertain as to the progression. The company also does provide 6 days of paid time off that are awarded quarterly. If an individual would like to participate in a community service project or volunteer, they also do provide 2 additional days per year for these altruistic ventures. However, time off needs to be scheduled in advance and approved through the corporate time system as well as by your immediate manager and if the time is already allocated to other colleagues, you are out of luck.

Given the nature of the business, it is difficult to take time off and the available number of paid holidays is rather unsatisfactory.

Depending on what level you come in at, you will either start with 2 weeks or 3 weeks vacation.

Really nothing to say about vacation. You start with two weeks.. and can max out at over 30 days after 24 years.
