Everyone gets 2 weeks to start off and then 3, 4 and a maximum of 5 weeks after 25 years of service. In the past, employees could receive as much as 6 weeks.

Best thing, company is relaxed as to when you get your pto. Worst thing, only 2 seeks of pto. Not including holidays and sick time

They offer decent amount of time for the year. But if you don't use it, you will lose it. The system made it difficult to take time off. Not fair!
