It is a 4 day training process

Experts can’t train to save there life. They only want to train you what they have to train you to do. After your training time is over they expect you to know everything. And other employees will get mad when you ask them a question about the POS or where to find something in the walk in. Managers don’t care and drinks after work

Depends on the person training, there are tests on computers which are far too easy to cheat.

Overall the benefit isn't bad!

Training isnt very detail oriented. Often times, traits ingrained gets cut short. Could relate to the high turn over.

I was trained by a hostess, she was awesome. Then I was left on my own after the 3 to 5 day training period.

Learning each station of the cook line use to be a major goal to complete each station learned and final quiz for each pasted meant a $0.50 raise for each section completed. They no longer offer that. I worked in five stores in two different states from 2008-15 my starting wage was $9.50 a hour ending wage was $11.00 a hour

its very simple. learn your menu and follow people with strong work ethic

the training for management is 10 weeks but its very detailed and you feel well prepared with you complete it.
