They make sure you are prepared before you go on the floor. You have knowledge of the menu and the process of serving.

minimal job training, train as you go plus two computer sessions. More of a train yourself place. I definately wasn't given the tools I needed.

Everyone is usually friendly and they wont really put you on by yourself unless thety are sure you will be okay. If you need a little more training they will allow you to train for a couple more shifts instead of firing you.

Long and boring never really learn anything until u start to go out on your own

Training is ok because they don’t tell you that you will be doing everyone’s job plus yours.

The job training is pretty thorough, assuming you have an experienced trainer that does your training. There will be things that you will have to figure out once you are out of training, but you always have your coworkers working next to you, so accessibility to help when you have a question is definitely present.

They have a computer training course, which is very helpful.
