Programs & Initiatives
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
Our Elevate mentorship program partners members of Team Applied to build trust, support self-reflection, and promote skill, professional and personal development so that each participant finds new and exciting ways to uncover talents and potential.
Through the Applied Cares Volunteer program, we provide opportunities for interested employees to give back to the communities where we live and work and partner with organizations that are part of our strategic focus and align with our company values.
Applied employees can participate in one or multiple events, up to a maximum of 8 hours in the US and Canada and 7.5 hours in Europe during their normal work schedule, each calendar year.
Applied sponsors Communities of Interest (COIs) formed by employees with commonalities in areas such as ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and more. With five COIs focused on women, LGBTQ , seen and unseen disabilities, black and veteran associates and their allies, COIs are supportive, inclusive networks of employees who share knowledge, celebrate culture and backgrounds, and build meaningful relationships across our company.

- COIs drive changes toward a vibrant, modern workplace, advocate for their members and contribute to a strong business.
Annual program that spotlights exceptional team members recognized for exemplary performance and embodying our core values.
Annually, 10 employees are selected for our Circle of Excellence award. In December, all Applied All-Star Winners are entered for COE consideration. The COE council reviews and recommends the award finalists to the executive team for final selection.
The Applied All Star program recognizes those employees who go above and beyond, living our values every day and making Applied an indispensable partner - to each other and our industry.
