In most areas of the company, there are training programs. Some areas of the company does not have a training program. They have high turnover in HR and other supporting services, which makes it even harder to main a good training program.

Great job training. The trainers are fantastic, and due to the nature of the work, excellent training and precision is key. There was a long training period, which was very nice and not stressful.
