The 401k is easy to use and comes with a good mobile app. The matching at Atrium Health is excellent. The breakdown is a bit complicated, but at the end of the day, if you contribute 6%, the company will match with 7% - that's a great matching rate, and the account balance just keeps growing! Don't leave money on the table, and take advantage of the full match!
