AutoNation doesn't care about training you for your position. They just want to maximize their profit margin. Which means training is unimportant because you're not able to steal from the customer while you are learning

This is non-existent. They will however continuously tell you what you are doing wrong and that your job is in jeopardy. This organization does nothing to enhance people's skills and make them better employees. This company is all about their bottom line and if you ask for training, you will be replaced.
