Vacation & Paid Time Off

As a store manager can’t take any real time off over store coverage. Can’t hire more managers because then no one would get required hours.

vacation time is earn through the year so you have to make sure to put in 2 weeks notice to get to use your vacation hours and sometimes they wont let you take it even if its a 2 weeks notice if they need you on those months, even if its put in more then 2 weeks they will try and cut your vacation off even if they approve it so becarefull and watch ofr that and sometimes they will turn it into a unpaid day off. most store managers do that to keep their hours of work to get money / time.

Once or twice a year you get a payed week off after a year of full time but they’re flexible on allowing non paid vacations

Store Managers get 2 weeks, full-time hourly staff get 4 days. No sick days or personal days.

Vacation is great, but no paid days off

2 weeks per year but 1 week for first 6 months and 2 week for last 6 months of the year. Can only carry over 1 week per year. If you dont use it you lose it.

Upper management are flexible on your unpaid time off whether you are full-time or part-time. Vacation of 40 hours every year

2 weeks after first year can get up to like 5 weeks after 10

Typical, 2 weeks to seven years, three weeks to 15 years.
