It's ok but don't get sick becuse they need you to be 100% off the bench and that doesn't gurantee you won't be fired.

Insurance is good. Penalty for having spouse that may be covered under their own insurance on your plan is not.
Possibly the future of things for US health insurance, but hopefully just an outlier.
