Very good coverage for doctors and needed prescriptions. There is a deductible, but that seems pretty standard.

Their health insurance coverage is worse than other companies provide.
Don't get their insurance coverage. It is a waste of money!

Health insurance in the US used to be excellent, it is now just good. Erosion in benefits occured in the downturn of 2008-2010, once the economy recovered having gained the concessions from employees, Avanade did not return plan to prior co-pays/co-insurance levels. Some questionable exclusions such as bariatric coverage.

Overall, the rates passed onto the employee are minimal. The coverage is excellent, and I'm trying to find something similar now.
