Had been good for me,

Allowed mostly if you were an inherited employee

Not the greatest but workable

I was hired as remote and I have never had to go into the office. This is not the case for all employees. Anyone that was close to an office did have to return to, a least, hybrid. Some weren't happy.

Only 2 days in the office for local employees

The return to office plan for part of every week has been a little clunky.

Employees near an office are required to work a hybrid schedule.

Have created incentives to lure people back to the office. When leadership is in town, they ask you to come into the office to see them once in a while, but overall, youre allowed to work from home 100% of the time.

Best thing-- they provide the equipment and a stipend to assist you furnishing the office space at home. The worst is that it can be overwhelming because they expect you to handle everything without fail simply because you are at home and they think it's convenient.

Working from home is frowned upon for most of employees.
