Bass Pro offers generous discounts to their employees. Along with retail discounts for employees, they also offer discounts and perks on certain attractions, places, and events owned by Bass Pro Shops.

15-45% depending on the item. Not all items qualify for the discount, however. Discount is only available in-store, not online, which sucks if you don't work at or near one of the stores (such as one of the Tracker manufacturing locations).

Employees are offered an employee discount immediately after hire.
