PTO rate is fair but you end up spending it for all the unpaid holidays

best: health insurance is pretty decent. High deductible if you do not get the gold plan. Rx insurance is GREAT. Vision is good. Havent used dental yet.
Worst: PTO accrual rate needs to increase. RBTs should not be getting only 3 point something hours per pay period.

Horrible. Worst benefits and they force you to take volunteer time off. They won’t let you use the little PTO you have. Required to work overtime and work through lunch no breaks nothing.

Benefits are good. there are three levels of health insurance. unfortunately the deductibles are on the high end. they arent horrible though. PTO accrual is pretty much the industry standard.

The PTO accrual is very poor, and it's extremely disappointing that RBTs are penalized when they need to call in sick. As the ones hands in with the kids all day, RBTs deserve sick days. Please improve this policy.
