Benefits were pretty expensive but totally worth it.

Nothing good about their benefits package. Health benefits were not worth getting. PTO is poor, the worst I’ve ever seen. First year as an hourly employee you get 5 days of PTO which can be used for sick days, vacation days, or personal days. However if you want to use a sick day, you have to request the sick day two weeks in advance which is unrealistic because who knows if they will be sick in two weeks. If you took a sick day you would get unpaid time off which comtradicted the purpose of PTO for sick days.

Expensive basic packages. Low PTO and UTO accrual. No sick leave nor paid holidays for "hourly" workers. Finding businesses that accept insurance offered in benefits package can be difficult.

Benefits are not enough to help with anything. The pay is very little and the benefits package offered is very expensive. A person is not able to receive such small pay and pay for benefits.
