We use benchmark data each year to compare our benefits with companies of similar size and industries. We actually offer TWO medical plans in the U.S. (Anthem PPO & Kaiser HMO) which have a zero payroll deduction for employees and their dependents. Further, our data shows our plans are very competitive in design and affordability as compared to the healthcare marketplace. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance, a Voluntary Legal plan, 401(k) Plan, 401(k) Profit Sharing, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and more.
