We Offer a Varity of Plan Options
An Anthem PPO Plan and Anthem High Deductible Health (HDHP) plan are available to employees in all U.S. locations. Kaiser HMO and a Kaiser Deductible Plans are available to California residents. Kaiser Permanente HMO is available in the state of Washington. The Anthem HDHP and Kaiser Deductible plans are provided at no premium cost to employees and their eligible dependents.

Best thing is option to pay zero premium (high deductible of course) and worst thing is Anthem Blue Cross hack that compromised thousands of subscribers' information.

We actually offer TWO medical plans in the U.S. (Anthem PPO & Kaiser HMO) which have a ZERO payroll deduction for employees and their dependents. And while it IS challenging for all companies to continue to offer affordable healthcare options, our data shows our plans are very competitive in design and affordability.
