Black Box partners with one of the most extensive healthcare companies in the United States. Multiple plan options from high deductible (cheaper for employee on a monthly basis) to fairly low deductible (most expensive to employees) and multitude of options within said plans. However, overall healthcare is still fairly expensive with Black Box.

Average at best, the aging workforce impacts the rates they can negotiate... so new employees "pay" for it

BBCBS PPO is a good product
