Depends on team, not all the managers are good. some of them don't allow continuous sick days while others allowed if you provided by a reason.

A non-union employee gets a front loaded 80 hours per year of slick days. At the end of the year, half of the left over hours are put into a reserve slck leave fund that can be accessed only after all the current sick leave hours are exhausted. Those hours come out at your current hourly rate. Upon leaving the company half of the reserve sick leave hours are cashed out.
