Employee Discounts

You get access to the "Genius Discount", which is available for anyone that uses Booking.com often. You also get the "Booking Benefit", which is a stipend of 500-1000 Euros to use on Booking.com for hotels. Basically it looks like this for 2015 (although it might be decreased to 500 Euros next year as the 1000 Euros was a first this year): -100% reimbursement of the first €100 booking; -25% reimbursement on booking amounts after; -Up to the maximum total of €1000 (after booking €3,700 in total... that's alot but don't forget family and friends!).

10% discount on bookings through the company website.

refunds some amount of every booking booked on the website. but only after you become a official employee.

there is no discount on the hotel booking

Only discount 25% on hotel after you stay and they refund the first 100 EUR. Maybe they could do something like giving you few nights free at a standard property? (HINT HINT)
