Great pto and vacation policy

Depending on your seniority, you get a certain amount of PTO given twice a year. You get PTO the day you start!

3 weeks to start then 4 weeks after 5 years.

Flexible and fair including holidays

They sick days are a joke. Such a strict policy that other Barcelona companies don't abide by. Their people on boarding team is terrible.

9 days in the first 6 months and 9 the second half of the year.

PTO provided in semi-yearly blocks. Additional PTO provided to those with tenure. Floating holiday hours for designated holidays if you have to work. Only down side is that any sick days draw from your PTO and there is no opportunity to take an unpaid sick day if there are hours in your PTO pool.

It's hard to get regular holidays off but you get bankable PTO and time and a half
