They say sick time is combined with your PTO but there is no breakdown on how much PTO and sick leave there really is. PTO not consistent across the region. Some get more than others depending on the position and/or time in the company.

PTO could be better. No sick time. They say it's combined with your PTO but there is no breakdown on how much PTO and sick leave there really is. PTO not consistent across the region. Some get more than others depending on the position and/or time in the company.

The only difference is that your sick days are PTO days so you can use them as PTO days if you don't use them.

Decent amount of PTO, however this is a call center so approval is based on business needs and is up to the discretion of your supervisor. Good luck in getting it approved! Even in cases of family emergency they may be reluctant to approve it. It is not based on how and when the employee can use it but more on favoritism, timely submission, and luck. If used for emergency it will most likely not be approved and will count against your attendance even though you have plenty of time off available.

This is the only good real benefit for working for Booking.com: they vacations are really good, if compared to other companies.
