Booz Allen maintains a large and varied selection of health care benefits which allows the employee to choose what they need for their family and decline what is not necessary. The health care benefits also allows for life event changes to occur as needed and you do not have to wait for the next enrollment session.

The only way the medical insurance program could be better would be to have it entirely company funded. Is tead, there is a typical employee contribution.

The BAH health insurance plan is also an excellent plan and if needed should be an employee's important consideration.
