This is sort of an imaginary benefit. It is not available to all employees, and it often is the only option in situations when you would really like to meet in person (ie. when a project team is spread across numerous sites).

Working from home depends completely on the project and the client. Some employees rarely have to be in a firm office and others never have a chance to work from home. Some senior leaders do not trust employees to work away from the office on a regular basis.
