Its covered 100% so great for people who just need the minimum. Can be pricey if you have to actually use it because high deductible. The better coverage plan is not too expensive and has a very low deductible. Adding spouse and dependents is a bit pricey to either.

For a hospital, you would expect a better healthcare plan. But overall, it is not bad. However, there is horrible tuition reimbursement program ( to the tune of barely 2k total) and an poor military leave. Other perks include flexible working, FMLA, free lunches, and free "boulder-esque" benefits like Reiki sessions, soundbath meditations, and a Calm app subscription.

Health insurance is health insurance, it's there when you need it. You've got to pay to play.

The cigna insurance they offer requests a coinsurance for everything you do. It adds up if you have to get medications and visit the physician often.

Health Insurance benefit does not cover anything but your preventative care.
