Salud is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), 501©3 nonprofit, operating 13 clinic locations, an administrative and training site, and a mobile unit. We provide medical, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health care services to keep you and your family healthy. As an FQHC Salud is governed by a patient-consumer Board of Directors, which ensures patients' direct delivery of healthcare services. Salud receives operational funding from the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) to provide health care services in the communities we serve. We focus on low-income, medically underserved populations as well as the migrant and seasonal farmworker population. Salud Family Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, CHP+, and most private insurance plans. We offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. Insurance enrollment assistance is available. Since 1970, Salud has had a firm commitment to provide care to all community members regardless of finances, insurance coverage, or ability to pay. Salud is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that values and embraces all the differences that make us unique as individuals, including beliefs, backgrounds, and identities. HerScan is a mobile Breast Ultrasound Screening Company that provides much-needed access to Breast Ultrasound Screenings, using state-of-the-art ultrasound technology operated by highly experienced Certified Sonographers and read by Board-Certified Radiologists. HerScan makes it convenient and affordable for women to take a more proactive role in their breast health, resulting in higher cancer detection rates than with mammography alone. The power of ultrasound can increase detection rates by up to 96%, especially for women with dense breasts.

Envision Radiology was founded in 2000 on the idea that imaging could be delivered in a dramatically better experience for patients and their referring physicians. Our vision was to “Revolutionize Diagnostic Imaging” by raising the bar for patient access, convenience and overall experience, while delivering consistent, accurate and timely results to each referring physician. We built our operational model to allow for same day access and two to three hour turnaround time on radiology reports. We had such an impact in our early years that physicians told us we were changing the way they practice medicine because we delivered such a consistent high level of service and turnaround time.
