Vacation & Paid Time Off

No limit as far as less than two weeks a time (need BU VP approval if longer than two weeks). But no PTO roll-over to next year if unused.

What this "benefit" really means that your vacation is at your manager discretion. And employees are not compensated for unused vacation time when they leave. And some folks have hard time getting their "unlimited" vacation granted.

This is one of the best things about Broadcom. Broadcom has unlimited vacation time and does not track vacation taken.

There is no PTO plan. Exempt employees can take off whenever they want. Up to two week they need only managerapproval

as long as you book your vacation in advance no one will count days off. that means you can take as many as you want, depending on your progress and availability, one day off is usually not a problem at all.
