Worst health insurance options that I have had in 38 years of employment! HANDS DOWN! You're better off not having their medical insurance and just getting some major medical insurance from another source. Unless I have a heart attack or cancer I'll NEVER meet the yearly deductible, the premiums are outrageously high for the pathetic coverage, and once the deductible is met it doesn't cover nearly enough to make it worth all that you paid to get to that point. It's only slightly cheaper, and covers slightly more than the high premium COBRA coverage upon termination (voluntary or involuntary).
It's bad enough that I'm just going to cancel mine at open enrollment this year and either do without or get on my wife's Wal-Mart policy...which is far better than CBRE's pathetic offering.

Not the best, by far, but not the worst either. Give it a "C" grade, or average.

The overall program was alright, however the total price for the premium was well below the industry standard which lead to very high deductibles which were much higher than the industry standard.

Keep increasing premiums, less benefits every year.
