Very expensive Health care options

Very costly to the employee

Expensive and doesn't offer comprehensive coverage.

Not great but something. End up paying something for everything done.

The option plans are very expensive and you have a limited selection to chose from.

Cost was pretty high for a medium policy.

The health insurance was the typical coverage but seemed expensive. I didn't have any problems using the health insurance just had to wait the 30 days when I first started working for CDI.

Worst thing: much too expensive. Contractors already pay in unpaid time off and unpaid sick days. Not having affordable health care offerings, when other contracting companies offer free healthcare, isn't good for their employees. Considering the size of the company, one would expect much more.

Mediocre benefits at best. But this is a small contractor outfit. So, don't expect anything spectacular.
