Positive - Its a nationally recognized health insurer and group rate. Negative - Very little paid by CDI. Family of 2 paying $1300 a month for HSA.

the money that is required for me to pay for my families insurance. I would have to pay more than one weeks of a 40 hour work week before taxes are taken.

Not only is the pay absolute garbage, getting a raise is a joke and zero career growth opportunities but the benefits are totally out of pocket and not worth signing up for. NONE of my coworkers use it.

Super expensive. Lame rate, lame coverage. Basically the same as any other small company like CDI. They don't want to help employees with premiums because HC in America is a disgrace. Obama care is a joke...

Health insurance prices are very high compared to those available in the private market.. Nearly everything is covered under health insurance. However, the policy is nit-picky on the procedures they will allow you to get covered - they need hard evidence that you need procedures before they will pay for them.
