Decent plan through Aetna. There is a PPO option and a high-deductible with HSA option. The firm contributes almost nothing towards the premium, so you'll have a lot taken out of your paycheck.

High cost of benefits. Compared to Big 4 and several other companies, the premiums are exorbitant. There is no intermediary cost step between individual or family plan.

Coverage is very good, but expensive if you want to add only your spouse because the price for "families" applies to Employee plus Spouse and any/all dependents. This is great for people who have dependents, but not great for employees who have only a spouse.
