Work from home is applicable for most, but there are now in office expectations if you are close enough to a local market office. Client work depends on the nature and client preference but can be either full time on site, hybrid or remote work.

Client services, so there could be some local and domestic travel, but WFH is there for the remainder of the time. People go into the offices, but not out of requirement, but for team collaboration.

You are given the flexibility to work from home as long as it works for the client. You also are not required to go into the office if your are unassigned.

It all depends on the client. But significantly better than Big 4. People don’t babysit here like in Big 4 and expect you to be a true professional whether it’s in or out of the office.
