All high deductible plans that gives you the check marks at the end of the year to file your taxes but really serves no purpose as a insurance plan because you will pay 4K-6K a year out of pocket before their stupid insurance plan will do anything for you. If you are healthy, then you might as well take the tax penalty charge then to pay for this over priced insurance that serves no purpose.

Health prices continue to rise every year. The employee has a lot of flexibility with health coverage, but they bear a huge portion of the insurance cost.

Insurance is not free, it is discounted. I had PPO just for myself which had a large choice of doctors. But you can only go to CVS for medication so all of your co-workers will know part of your medical business.
