Employees receive a discount on their products at the discretion of the district manager. It's really however generous they are feeling at the time you ask. I was told by my manager I could get 75% off certain cabinets if I ask the district manager because that's what she got when she was just a new employee and not a manager. So I called and asked. He allowed me 50%. Then he allowed me like 40% a different time. And the other employee called and asked and he got 60%. So it's really all about timing or favoritism.
